Growth Academy Global ("we," "us," or "our") operates growthacademy.global. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, register for events, or purchase a program.

Email Communications

When you subscribe, you consent to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We will never sell your email address to third parties.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze site traffic and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy and terms.

• Resend — delivers our newsletter and transactional email, and stores subscriber email addresses.
• Kajabi — hosts our courses, community, and some checkout pages, and stores account and purchase records.
• Stripe — processes card payments. Card details go directly to Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website, and provides privacy-preserving aggregate traffic analytics.
• Google Analytics — measures how the site is used, via cookies as described above.
• Notion — stores our customer and enquiry records.
• YouTube and LinkedIn — serve embedded video and social content on some pages, which may set their own cookies when you interact with it.

We previously used Beehiiv for our newsletter. That service was retired and it no longer receives subscriber data.

Website Scanning Tools

Our free website tools, such as the Agent-Ready scan, fetch the public web address you enter and analyse the pages it returns. We record the address scanned and the resulting score so we can cache results and prevent abuse. Only submit a website you own or are authorised to test.

Clove: Google and YouTube account access

Clove is Growth Academy Global's team-operated video-upload integration. It uses the YouTube API Services to upload owner-approved videos and confirm the identity of the connected YouTube channel. This section describes that integration's use of Google user data.

Access and use. With your Google consent, Clove requests permission to manage your YouTube videos and view your YouTube account. It uses the upload permission to submit the video file, title, description and visibility selected by an authorised operator. It uses read access to verify the channel and inspect the video information needed for the approved workflow. Authorising Clove does not itself authorise publication of a particular video.

Storage and access controls. OAuth client credentials and the reusable refresh token are stored in the local Agent Warden credential vault. The upload broker supplies a short-lived access token to the approved upload process and checks the expected channel before that process runs. Credentials are not placed in public pages, source-code repositories or chat prompts. Authorised team operators and agent processes may handle the selected media, its metadata and upload receipts to carry out the requested workflow.

Sharing and limited use. The selected video and metadata are sent to Google and YouTube to perform the upload. Access to Google user data is limited to operating and supporting the approved video workflow, security, and applicable legal obligations. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Clove's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion. The reusable OAuth grant is kept while the connection is needed and remains valid. Source files and workflow receipts may remain in the team's approved work folders for the requested production work. To request disconnection or deletion of locally held integration data, email hello@growthacademy.global. Revoking access does not automatically delete a video already uploaded to YouTube; manage uploaded videos in YouTube Studio.

Your controls. You can revoke Clove's access at any time from your Google Account connections. You can also review Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. Read the Clove app information page for the workflow and support details.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at hello@growthacademy.global.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
