Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy and terms.

• Resend — delivers our newsletter and transactional email, and stores subscriber email addresses.
• Kajabi — hosts our courses, community, and some checkout pages, and stores account and purchase records.
• Stripe — processes card payments. Card details go directly to Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website, and provides privacy-preserving aggregate traffic analytics.
• Google Analytics — measures how the site is used, via cookies as described above.
• Notion — stores our customer and enquiry records.
• YouTube and LinkedIn — serve embedded video and social content on some pages, which may set their own cookies when you interact with it.

We previously used Beehiiv for our newsletter. That service was retired and it no longer receives subscriber data.

Website Scanning Tools

Our free website tools, such as the Agent-Ready scan, fetch the public web address you enter and analyse the pages it returns. We record the address scanned and the resulting score so we can cache results and prevent abuse. Only submit a website you own or are authorised to test.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
