The business owners who struggle most with agents are not beginners. They are the ones who built something real — a successful practice, a known reputation, a team — through personal control and high standards. Those same traits are precisely what prevent an agent from working.

The Agent-Ready Business: Infrastructure That Compounds
When Codex recommended GitHub and Cloudflare for my website, I moved off Kajabi. Not because Kajabi is a bad platform — because Kajabi requires my agent to click around in a browser to make changes, which is slow, unreliable, and caps what it can do. There is a shift happening that most business owners have not accounted for in their marketing or infrastructure. When someone needs a service, their agent will increasingly do the research on their behalf.
